Terms of Use and Community Rules – Panetti PrimoChef app

These terms apply to the Panetti PrimoChef app ("the app"). Panetti is a brand of Ledende Teknologi AS (org. no. 925 949 086), Attn: Philip Antonetti, Chrysanthou Mylona, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus ("Panetti", "we", "us"). Contact: post@panetti.no.

You accept these terms by ticking "I accept the community rules" when you create an account, or by tapping "I accept" when the app asks you. You must accept them before you can rate recipes or send recipes to the community. Browsing recipes and community recipes, favourites, notes, the meal plan and your own private recipes work without an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

1. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is banned from the community.

2. What you may not post

Community recipes consist of a recipe name, ingredients, steps, a photo and a display name. None of them may contain:

• Offensive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing content, or content that bullies or targets a person or a group.
• Sexual content or nudity.
• Violence, or content that encourages illegal or dangerous acts.
• Food instructions that are unsafe to follow, such as food that is not cooked safely or ingredients that are not food.
• Spam, advertising, links, or promotion of products, services or websites.
• Content you do not have the right to share, such as recipes, text or photos copied from cookbooks, websites or other people without permission.
• Personal information about anyone, such as names, addresses, phone numbers or photos of people.
• Anything that pretends to be Panetti or another person or company.
• Anything else that is illegal in Norway or in the country where you live.

3. Display names

When you send a recipe to the community you choose a display name. It is shown with your recipe. Your account name and your e-mail address are never shown.

• It must be 2 to 30 characters long.
• Do not use your full name. A first name or a nickname is enough.
• It must not be offensive, must not contain contact details or links, and must not pretend to be Panetti, a Panetti employee or another person.

4. Ratings

• You can give each recipe 1 to 5 stars, once per account. You can change or remove your rating.
• Other users see only the average and the number of ratings, never who gave them. Panetti can see the ratings of each account.
• Rate honestly. Do not use several accounts or ask others to rate in order to push a recipe up or down. Panetti may remove ratings that look like manipulation.

5. How Panetti checks community recipes

• Nothing you send becomes public until Panetti has approved it. Panetti checks the text, the photo and the display name.
• Panetti may reject a recipe. The app shows the reason when one is given.
• When you send a new version of a recipe, it is hidden until Panetti has approved the new version.
• Panetti may hide or remove an approved recipe at any time.

6. Reporting and blocking

• Every community recipe has a Report option in its "…" menu. Anyone can report a recipe, also without an account.
• You can block an author in the same menu. Their recipes then disappear from the app on your phone, and Panetti is told that you blocked them. You can unblock authors in Settings › Blocked authors.
• Panetti handles every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the user who posted it is banned from the community.

7. Removal and bans

If you break these rules, Panetti may, without warning:

• remove or hide your recipes, photos and ratings;
• ban your account from the community, so that you can no longer send recipes or rate recipes.

When an account is banned, its approved recipes are hidden and its ratings are deleted. A ban ends when the account is deleted. Recipes from any account, also a new one, are only shown after Panetti has approved them.

8. Your recipes and the licence you give Panetti

You keep the rights to the recipes and photos you create. When you send a recipe to the community, you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the right to share it. You give Ledende Teknologi AS a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, check and show the recipe, its photo and your display name to the users of the app. The licence ends when the recipe leaves the community: when you remove it, when you delete the recipe or your account, or when Panetti removes it.

9. Removing your recipes

• You can remove a recipe from the community at any time on its page in the app.
• Deleting the recipe on your phone also removes it from the community.
• Deleting your account (Settings › Account › Delete account) removes all your community recipes, photos and ratings.

10. Recipes from other users

Community recipes are written by other users. Panetti checks them against these rules but does not test them in a kitchen. Check every recipe for allergens and follow the PrimoChef manual and normal food safety. As far as the law allows, Panetti is not responsible for the result of recipes written by other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version date at the top shows the current version. When a change matters for the community, the app asks you to accept the new version before you rate or send recipes again.

13. Law

Norwegian law applies to these terms. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
