This page is for users of the Panetti PrimoChef app who want their account, shared recipes and community recipes deleted.
In the app: open Settings › Account › Delete account, enter your password and confirm. This removes your name, e-mail address, password, every recipe and photo you shared with Panetti, your community recipes and their photos, your display name and your ratings. Recipes, notes and meal plans stored only on your phone are not affected.
By e-mail: if you no longer have the app, send an e-mail from the address you registered with to post@panetti.no with the subject "Delete my app account". We delete the account, all shared and community recipes and your ratings within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
Data that is deleted: name, e-mail address, password, shared recipes and photos, community recipes and photos, display name, ratings, reports about your recipes, login sessions. Reports you sent about other people's recipes are kept without your name until Panetti has handled them. Nothing else is kept after deletion except server logs, which are removed automatically within 30 days.
